Healthy and delicious meal + One of My New Year’s Resolutions.

Hi, friends.

Just wanted to share with you this delicious and healthy meal, that I am totally obsessed about. And it’s vegan! (bonus!) I think you can see all ingredients, so I will not bother to list them. Any questions- just ask. I used olive oil, black pepper and chia seeds with it.

I am not vegan or vegetarian yet, unfortunately. But I absolutely admire and love those who are, guys, if you are reading this- I love you! Really, vegan friends, you are amazing!

The best I managed to do, is to avoid eating meat 3-4 times per week, but my next years resolution is to reduce meat intake to 1 day per week or less. I currently breastfeed, so I do feel extra hungry. However I am learning of ways to eliminate animal products from my diet and hoping to become genuine veganĀ  in future. So this is one item on my list, I will share more in future.

Well, guys, anyone else planning to change diet Next Year?
